Inspired by Channel Ten’s The Biggest Loser, Benedict staff members have signed up for a 12 week weight loss journey. While not putting themselves through the same gruelling process the contestants are forced into, participants have decided to band together on their mission to beat the bulge and work off the effects of the new years celebrations.
The 4 teams are based on site locations and next week marks the half way point! The Grand Finalist will win a weekend away with more prizes to be announced closer to the Finale!
Thankfully those evicted continue on in a Runners Up Comp and will still continue to weigh in. The purpose is not only to lose our goal weight but to provide a forum for people to kickstart their healthy food and exercise regimes.
