Not all Quarried roadbeds are used for road construction, and therefore compliance to RMS 3051 is not required.

For Instance, for the construction of Firetails and Rural Driveways, 75mm Crushed Sandstone is often used. 75mm Crushed Sandstone is also used for remediation sites, that require a VENM Capping layer to be placed.
