Rain didn’t put a dampener on the opening of Benedict Recycling’s new facility at Girraween which officially commenced trading on 16th March.
The site’s close proximity to Parramatta and Blacktown in Sydney’s growing western suburbs it will cater for the increased demand in building and demolition waste disposal. Conveniently located just 500m from the Great Western Highway the new Toongabbie Road site is an ideal location for commercial tippers, tradies, DIY and home renovators with easy access for all vehicle types.
Newly laid asphalt, and the addition of an undercover area, makes tipping waste easy in all weather conditions, plus there’s plenty of room for everyone to move safely. Like other Benedict Recycling sites, Girraween also offers FREE trailer hire for customers who have too much for the boot and not enough for a skip.
Previously the site only accepted scrap metal, however under Benedict Recycling’s management we can accept and recycle most types of waste. Another positive is Benedict don’t simply send waste to landfill and believe recycling waste is the way forward for a sustainable future and cleaner environment. In the past 5 years we’ve diverted approximately 82% of waste from landfill and transformed it into quality materials for the construction and landscaping industries.
